Petro, a soldier currently undergoing rehabilitation after being wounded, originally pursued a career in mathematics education. However, he later taught subjects like physics and computer science. In his artwork, Petro depicts a watermelon. To him, watermelon represents the taste of childhood and serves as a symbol of Kherson.
